How it works

a. Provider to Office: Enabling the provider and their office to input patient trackers for each patient that is seen in hospital setup or any other institution and subsequently create follow up in office, enhancing the efficiencies of the office and ensuring no patient is left unmanaged

b. Provider to Provider: Allowing each provider to view patient care progress in a real time with another provider, as well as to communicate with one another through a secure portal. MyPCT enables providers to collaborate on each patient by directly sharing patient care at their practice with one another in real time.
